Cancellation & Refund Policy


The annual contribution towards the Labour Welfare Fund (LWF) is a statutory payment made in accordance with the applicable Labour Welfare Fund Act and related regulations.

Once the Labour Welfare Fund contribution has been processed and remitted to the respective statutory authority, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. Any correction required due to an error in employee details, contribution amount, or eligibility will be handled in accordance with the procedures prescribed by the applicable Labour Welfare Fund authority. If a payment has been collected but has not yet been remitted to the statutory authority, requests for cancellation or correction may be considered at the company's discretion, subject to applicable laws and processing timelines. Refunds, if permitted by the relevant statutory authority due to exceptional circumstances, will be processed only after the company receives the refunded amount from the authority.
